In here, we would like to explain our policy on personal information which may be provided to JTB Oceania Group when our clients use this site.

The Standard Policy

When our client’s personal information, such as address, E-mail address, telephone number, fax number, personal identification and other information, are entered in the JTB Website or when the information is provided to affiliated companies with whom we hold a contract of confidentiality, that information will never be disclosed to a third party without a client’s prior agreement. All information will be kept in accordance with our strict security and confidentiality standards together with our business and trading information. Without the agreement of the person himself/herself, the user’s personal information will not be disclosed as a general rule excepting to JTB Australia Pty Ltd (hereinafter referred to as JTB Australia and other affiliated companies with whom we hold a contract of confidentiality.

There are however, some cases where the same shall not apply and personal information will be disclosed.

To maintain and supervise the confidentiality in accordance of the above mentioned policy, we have appointed the under mentioned staff as Personal Information Administrator.

In the unlikely event of occurrence of problems, such as a leak of personal information, we will contact the person concerned immediately and stop the service concerned temporarily until we secure its safety. Also, as soon as we get in touch with the person concerned, we intend to announce the matter to the public through the home page.

About Cookies

With JTB Oceania’s website, there are cases where a cookie is used to enable us to offer better services and to maintain security.
